Ingredients :
-5 rice cake pieces (cut into pieces)
-1 village chicken (cut into pieces)
-1 lemongrass (crushed)
-2 cm galangal (crushed)
-2 bay leaves
-5 skin tofu (to taste)
-2 ½ teaspoons of brown sugar
-1 ½ liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut
-Oil to saute


Chicken spice ingredients:
-2 cloves of garlic (puree)
-5 red onion grains (puree)
-1 teaspoon of coriander (puree)
-3 roasted candlenut (puree)
-2 red chili (puree)

Shrimp paste chili ingredients:
-3 red chilies
-3 cayenne fruit
-2 Spring onions
-3 red onion grains
-½ teaspoons of salt
-2 teaspoons of shrimp paste

How to make :
- Heat a little oil, then saute the mashed spices while adding galangal, bay leaves and lemongrass, stir-fry until fragrant and cooked spices.
-Insert the chicken and tofu the skin then stir until the chicken changes color. Add with brown sugar, salt and coconut milk, cook until the chicken is cooked.
-To make shrimp paste chilli: Heat a little oil then fry the chilli ingredients except salt, brown sugar and shrimp paste, then after cooking, put in a mortar and pull together with salt, brown sugar and shrimp paste until smooth.
- Serve rice cake cut with opor and shrimp paste according to taste.
