How to make cenil:

Ingredients:
-275 grams of sago flour.
-100 ml boiling water (add to 200 ml).
-½ coconuts are rather young, grated.
-¼ teaspoon of salt.
-100 grams of refined granulated sugar.
- Red and green coloring.


How to make:
-Take 1 tablespoon of sago flour melt with 2 tablespoons of cold water and pour it into boiling water.
-Raise from the fire and stir until thick.
-Enter the remaining flour and stir it by hand until it can be formed.
- Divide the mixture into 3 parts, given red coloring.
- Light 2 liters of water while form the mixture.
-Boil the mixture and remove when it has floated and drain.
-Turn over the grated coconut, arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle with sugar.

Note:
Coconut and salt are mixed, wrap with banana leaves and steamed for 10 minutes (so that it doesn't stale quickly). This snack is one of the traditional cakes that is popular in Java
