This one market snack is made from sticky rice cooked in a banana leaf wrap, so it can fill the stomach more.
Lupis is often called MoHam Koi, a typical Indonesian food, especially in the Java area. Formerly the shape was triangular, but because it was difficult to wrap it, it was formed rounded to length. Lupis is made from cooked glutinous rice and then wrapped in banana leaves.

How to make lupis cake:

Ingredients:
-1/4 kg of sticky rice, soak overnight
-Air for boiling
-1 tbsp of whiting water
-3 lb. pandan leaves
- Banana leaves enough
- raffia enough

Coconut sow:
-1/4 Coconut grains half old, grated
- Graft a pinch
-2 lb. pandan leaves

Javanese sugar sauce:
-250 grams of Javanese sugar, thinly sliced
-2 lbr pandan leaves, tie knot
-150 ml of boiled water
- Graft a pinch
-1 tbsp cornmeal, dissolve with 2sdm of water


Steps:
-Steam the coconut, salt & pandan leaves for 10 minutes, set aside
-Boil all ingredients of Javanese sugar sauce except the cornstarch solution to boil & sugar Java dissolve all. Then enter the cornstarch solution, cook again until thickened. Turn off the fire & strain. Set it aside
-Banana leaf triangle, fill with 1-2sdm glutinous rice which has been soaked overnight, then tie it with raffia rope.
-Boil the water together with betel lime & pandan leaves to boil. Then put all glutinous rice that has been neatly wrapped. Boil for approximately 2 hours or until cooked.
-If it's done, lift it up and cool it down.
-Peel the lopis from banana leaves & serve with sprinkled steamed shredded coconut & flush with Javanese sugar sauce.
