how to make Serabi Kalibeluk

Ingredients:
-Santan ½ coconut 550cc
- 260 grams of rice flour
-½ coconut (shredded and steamed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
-Water juice leaves look at 50cc (natural coloring)
-Kinca (melted java sugar)
-Boil until boiling:
- Thick coconut milk from ½ coconut 550cc
- 100gram java sugar
-Pandan leaves 1 sheet
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
-Jack (diced) 100gram

How to make :
-Boil the coconut milk while stirring until boiling, lift and let warm warm.
- Stir in rice flour, head and salt until evenly distributed.
-Pour the pandanus water and warm coconut milk a little bit while the mixture is stirred and beaten until the mixture is slippery. 30 minutes long.
-Prepare a clay skillet, heat it over the charcoal fire and apply a little oil to keep it from sticking when taken.
-Pour 2 tablespoons of mixture and cook until it's hollow.
- Cover the pan and cook until done, remove and serve with chilli.
