how to make combro
Ingredients:
-1/2 kg of cassava, finely grated, squeezed until it is runny
-3 tablespoons of grated coconut
-Oil to fry
Material for filling:
-1 oncom board, puree
-5 red onion cloves
-4 cloves garlic
-3 red cayenne fruit
-4 red chillies
-1 stem of leeks, thinly sliced
- Salt, sugar, flavoring to taste
- Fried oil for sautéing
Steps:
First we make the filling: Blend the garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, red chili, salt, sugar, flavoring to taste
-Make the spices, chives until fragrant, put oncom, give a little air, ask for the spices to seep. Stir until smooth, test the taste. Wait until it's not runny, lift it up and set aside
- Mix grated cassava and grated coconut, knead until blended
-Take a small amount of cassava dough, flatten it, fill it with oncom, cover the mixture, oval round shape
-Then fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown
- Lift and drain.
-Ready to serve.
